About Giselle

You deserve a space where you can talk openly about what feels heavy, confusing, or difficult to navigate alone. My therapy style is direct, conversational, and collaborative, I want you to feel seen and deeply understood as we explore your experiences together.

I specialize in sexual health, trauma, and relationship concerns for individuals and couples. Whether you’re struggling with low desire, erectile difficulties, past sexual trauma, sex or porn addiction, or patterns that feel hard to break, I’m here to support you with compassion and clarity. I also use EMDR to help process trauma held in the body, working gently at a pace that feels safe.

My background includes work in community programs, private practice, and within the correctional system in the Cayman Islands, supporting both survivors of harm and individuals working toward rehabilitation and risk reduction.

If you’re navigating sexual health concerns, trauma, or complex relational dynamics, you don’t have to face them alone. I’m here to walk with you.
