About Giselle

I’m Giselle, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working with adults across Ontario.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, where you feel truly heard and seen. My approach is human, warm, and deeply rooted in connection. Whether you’re looking to explore your sexual health, heal from past trauma, or navigate the complexities of relationships, I’m here with you.

A big part of my work focuses on sexual health, helping individuals and couples better understand themselves, their desires, and any challenges that may be getting in the way. I also work with trauma, using EMDR to help process and release what’s been held in the body for too long. Together, we track where trauma lives and gently work through it at a pace that feels right for you.

My experience has taken me from working in community-based programs and private practice to palliative care facilities and the prison system in the Cayman Islands. I work with people on all sides of human and sexual trafficking—both survivors and those who have caused harm. I also provide psychotherapy for individuals in the correctional system, whether they are currently serving a sentence or on parole, offering treatment grounded in rehabilitation and risk reduction.

If you’ve experienced sexual abuse, are struggling with sexual health concerns (like low libido, erectile dysfunction, or kink/fantasy exploration), or have a history of complex trauma, you’re not alone. I’m here to help, with warmth and respect.

Originally from the Toronto area, I now call the Cayman Islands home, where I spend my free time paddle boarding, drinking coffee, and hanging out with my dog, Loka Muskoka. I also dabble in beach volleyball and my idea of water sports is laughing on a banana tube behind a boat.
